The Love Story
Jason and I both grew up in New Braunfels and went to the same school. Our paths didn’t cross until summer of 2012 at teen night at Cowboys Dancehall. Jason had met up with his cousin Kaytlynn and I tagged along with her. We danced the night away and exchanged numbers at the Whataburger parking lot. Going our separate ways, we kept in contact throughout the years. Fast forward to August 2020 Jason finally asked me out on a date. On our to marry this man. February 22, 2022, Jason planned the best surprise proposal surrounded by our family and loved ones. A day I won’t forget! Life has a funny way of working out and everything happens for a reason. We thank God for bringing us back to each other over the years!

Why The Chandelier?
I knew the moment we got engaged I wanted to get married at the Chandelier! My mind was already made up. After we toured the venue Jason was set on getting married there too. We loved everything about the Chandelier, especially the little white chapel. We loved that everything was all in one place making it easy for our guests. Everything about the Chandelier is just so lovely and breathtaking! We couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else.

The Chandelier staff was amazing!! They were so easy to work with, very responsive to any questions and very helpful! Stassi was our day of venue manager and she was great and super helpful! Thank you so much Stassi!

Most Memorable Moment
The most memorable moment is walking down the aisle with my dad and seeing Jason for the first time. As we were walking down it felt like it was just him and I and all the nerves went away. I was so excited to see him! I even almost forgot to give my dad a hug as he was giving me away lol!

Advice from The Bride
My advice to future brides is do not stress over the small details. At the end of the day, it won’t matter and no one will notice. Brides make sure you eat the morning of. Soak it all in and enjoy every moment it goes by fast! But most importantly have fun!!

Favorite Details
What I loved most about the planning process was talking to my mom about all the ideas we had. I’d call her and ask, “Do you think you can make this?”, or I would tell her, “I think you can make this- it looks easy!”. The next thing I know she already had it made. She was the DIY queen!

Special Shoutouts
Shout out to my Mom and Mrs. Letty for helping us with all our decorations and making everything perfect and beautiful! It was fun to see all our ideas come to life.
