The Love Story
Colton and I are high school sweethearts! We started dating in 2012, got engaged in 2019, and got married at The Chandelier in November of 2020.
Why They Chose The Chandelier
My mother-in-law started following The Chandelier on facebook when they started the building process. She then showed me the venue online and I fell in love. I knew I wanted to get married there far before I was even engaged. We booked our wedding at The Chandelier before even seeing it in person. The best part of being a Chandelier couple was being able to give our guests a destination wedding feel without having to travel too far from home. Our family and friends are from Houston, so being able to spend the weekend in Gruene/New Braunfels was a treat!
The Last Dance
The most memorable moment from our wedding day was our private last dance of the night as husband and wife under The Chandelier. It gave us a second to reflect on the day just us two.
Their Best Advice
My best piece of advice to future brides would be to ask your vendors their opinion and advice. My vendors were my biggest assets in the planning process. They’ve been through hundreds of weddings and have seen it all. I relied on them a lot for their expertise and input for everything from their own services to who they would recommend for other services.
